NIM was originally founded by Dr. Greg Smalley as the Smalley Marriage Institute a 501(c)3 nonprofit minsitry.  The original team previously worked at the Smalley Relationship Center where, led by Dr. Robert S. Paul, they developed the Christian Marriage Counseling programs we call Intensives.  Today the Intensive program is the cornerstone of all products and services offered at NIM.   Over time, our talented team of counselors translated these principles from our marriage counseling program into the life-changing DNA of Relationships for Couples Conference.   Every month our team flies to communities and churches  like yours.  Marriage Conferences
