Outside of labor expense, the expense of providing lodging for our Intensive Couples is our largest. We are currently spending over $12,000 per month in Branson alone just on lodging. With our projection for growth, we look for this amount to double within the next nine months. At this level we will be spending nearly a quarter of a million dollars per year on lodging, when we could break even by building a new facility would give us the capability to provide more services in the areas of retreats, pastoral and missionary respites, ministry team retreats, etc.

Our Board of Directors has asked us to take the inital steps toward building a facility designed specifically for our purposes. We are in the process of determining exactly what we will need in this facility. Our preliminary thoughts include 13-15 lodging rooms, 1 host apartment and admin spaces. We estimate the facility will require 13-15,000 square feet and cost between 1.5 and 2 million dollars.
